Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to find support here, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we’ve done

Clear headings, text alternatives for images, readable color contrast, visible focus states, labeled fields on our contact form and support for your device’s reduced‑motion setting.

Visiting the office

Our Brooklyn office has a step-free entrance, an elevator and an accessible restroom. Online sessions are available across New York if you’d rather meet from home.

Accommodations in sessions

If you need an accommodation, such as captions for video sessions or longer appointment times, let Nora know on your first call.

Known limitations

Some sections animate as you scroll; turning on “Reduce motion” in your device settings simplifies them. The pop‑up request forms on therapist profiles don’t yet keep keyboard focus inside the window, so if you use a keyboard, the form on our Contact page does the same job. We review the site regularly and fix issues as we find them.

Tell us what’s not working

If something here is hard to use, email access@attunetherapy.com or call (718) 555-0142. We’ll reply within two business days and help you another way in the meantime.
