Privacy policy.
Overview
This policy explains what information Attune Therapy Group collects through this website, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers the website only. What you share in therapy is protected separately under HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices, which you receive before your first session.
What we collect
When you request a call or write to us, we collect your name, email, phone number and anything you choose to include in your message. We also collect basic, anonymous usage data, such as pages visited and device type, to keep the site working well.
Please keep clinical details out of forms
Our website forms are not a secure clinical record. Please don’t include detailed health information. Nora will ask what she needs during your free call.
How we use it
To reply to you, arrange your first call, suggest therapists who fit and, if you subscribe, send our monthly journal notes. We never sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run this site, send email and schedule calls, under agreements that limit how they use your data. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies for essential site functions and privacy-friendly analytics. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what you’ve sent through this site, or unsubscribe from emails at any time, by writing to privacy@attunetherapy.com.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry messages only as long as we need them to respond and schedule, then delete them. Connections to this site are encrypted and access is limited to our intake team.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.
