Approach

How we’ll work together.

Graham works with adults living with anxiety, panic and the after-effects of difficult experiences. His style is calm and collaborative; he explains what he’s doing and why, and sets small, practical goals between sessions.

Before co-founding Attune in 2019, Graham spent eight years at an outpatient anxiety clinic in Manhattan. He is not currently taking new clients, but is happy to recommend a colleague.

Anxiety is loud, but it isn’t always right. Most of our work is learning to hear it without taking orders from it.
